Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding not to exceed maximum occupancy of room. A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A Refundable Security Deposit Is Required at Check In USD 250 For The First Night and USD 50 For Each Additional Night Up To Usd 360. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. Pets are not permitted. Property offers a 24-hour shuttle that services inside property only. Complimentary self-parking is available on site. RV and Oversized vehicle parking is not available. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance 100% will be forfeited. Due to ongoing maintenance efforts some units may not have operational washers and dryers. Property does has a third party vendor that offers laundry service at 2.50 per pound. Property charges all guests for handling and storage of packages. Envelopes and FedEx size envelopes will be complimentary but there will be a charge for small medium and large boxes which are handled stored and delivered. Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee. Travel agent commission settlement is 10 percent. Exceptions may apply for certain rates and dates.
