We do check-in differently at Sonder. To enter your Sonder you MUST pre-register and complete your virtual check-in online at Sonder.com prior to arrival. Registered guests receive access codes 48 hrs prior to check-in. Without pre-registering- you will NOT have access to the building.

Receive an answer either instantly or within 3-5 business days.
If your selected room type shows adequate availability for instant booking, after checkout, you will receive you booking link.

Any non-instant book type room requires the GroupBook system to negotiate with the hotel on your behalf. You will receive an update in 3-5 business days. Once approved, we will send you a booking link to share with your group to reserve thier individual rooms.
