We do not allow any smoking within the hotel or restaurant, including our rooms and public areas, with the only exception of a clearly marked-designated area outside the hotel. We appreciate in advance your cooperation in observing Massachusetts State Liquor Laws by not bringing any outside alcohol onto the premises. Management reserves the right to confiscate any and all outside alcohol. Alcohol must be purchased in-house and may only be consumed in designated areas. We ask that you respect the quiet time hours on our guest room floors, especially, between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am. We do not allow for large group gatherings in any of our guest rooms. STANDARD ARRIVAL TIME IS AT 3PM No person under the age of 21 may rent a room. A valid credit card and photo ID is required at check-in for all reservations. We do not guarantee early arrival, however, should you plan to arrive earlier than 3 pm and your room is ready we will check you in at that time. If your room is not ready, we will be most happy to pre-register you, take down your cell phone number, store your luggage, and attempt to contact you as soon as we can accommodate you. We make every attempt to honor the 3 pm check-in time, however it is not guaranteed. Our Guest Services team will suggest local restaurants, places to visit downtown Salem, or you may simply rest and relax in our comfortable lobby. We also have a restaurant-lounge, the Regatta Pub-closed for lunch in the off season, business center, indoor heated swimming pool, and gym that you may enjoy until you are able to occupy your guest room. Please contact the hotel directly if you know that you may be a late arrival-after 11 pm so that our overnight staff can expect you and prepare for our closing day procedures.
