Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken household pets - defined as a dog - per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 75 USD for the 1st 6 days and 150usd for 7+ days.. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer then 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 days of the stay. Groups of 10 rooms or more are eligible for group rates.
