Do Not Disturb Policy At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatts practice to enter any occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24 hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room. 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on eligible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer than 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 days of the stay. Groups of 6 or more rooms must be booked through the sales office and a contract must be generated. Cut off dates vary due to seasonality. Any group booked within 30 days of arrival requires a valid credit card guarantee. There may be a cancellation charge for any group or individual reservation cancelling once a signed agreement has been executed.
