Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano is centrally located off the Dallas Tollway in Plano, TX and within minutes of several major corporations, restaurants, shopping and area attractions. Our guests enjoy a spacious suite-style guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. Free breakfast for all guests. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Travelers can purchase freshly prepared menu items, premium espresso drinks, or beer and wine 24 hours a day. Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee plus an additional 100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Weight must be 50 lbs or less max of 75 lbs per room. Fees are in USD. Service Animals are exempt from fees. The Hyatt Place Plano is located in Plano's Corporate Park, just off the Dallas North Tollway. The hotel is north of the George Bush Turnpike and south of Hwy 121. Do Not Disturb Policy At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatts practice to enter any occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24 hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room. 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on eligible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer then 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 days of the stay.
