It is Hyatts practice to enter any occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24 hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room. 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on eligible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer than 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 days of the stay. APPLICABLE TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES WILL APPLY IN ADDITION TO QUOTED ROOM RATE AND BANQUET PRICES. INCIDENTAL CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN QUOTED ROOM AND BANQUET MENU PRICES. We reserve the right to make any reasonable substitutions in assigned guest rooms. If reservations are made individually, they should be accompanied by an acceptable check for the first nights lodging or guaranteed via a valid major credit card accepted by the hotel. If reservations are made by rooming list, all rooms will be held on the basis of a guaranteed payment by your organization. In that case, your organization will be held responsible for payment of first night only. Guaranteed reservations are held for the first night only and not for the entire scheduled length of stay. On the cut-off dates indicated, we will make any necessary adjustments in the number of rooms reserved for each night for your group. After this cut-off date, all rooms that remain in your block revert back to the Hotel for general sale. Additional rooms for your group may be reserved on a space/rate available basis only. Rates quoted in this agreement are offered pursuant to the above terms & conditions of this agreement. Should these arrangements change, the Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates. Rates quoted are not subject to any further discounts. Should your group cancel this booking any time after our receipt of the definite signed confirmation of this contract, a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights sleeping room revenue on all rooms reserved or the total meeting room service fee will be required. The hotels rules/regulations apply to this Agreement. This Agreement is contingent upon the ability of the hotel to perform the same and is subject to strikes, labor disputes, accidents, acts of God or other causes beyond its control, and if any such event shall occur, the hotel shall not be liable beyond the amount paid by Client for all rooms.
