Hyatt Place Chicago Lombard is a unique & innovative hotel located 20 min. west of downtown Chicago & easily accessible to major interstates. The hotel completed a $1.5 million renovation of all guestrooms and public space in February 2014. Hyatt Place is a new kind of hotel that puts style, innovation and the Hyatt Touch within everyone's reach. Our guests will enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch flat panel high-definition television, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The hotel completed a $1.5 million renovation in February 2014 to maintain the hotel's stylish modern design, which included all 151 guestrooms and all public spaces and corridors, including the lobby, meeting space, StayFit Gym, and other common areas. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our lobby is a warm and open area that features an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. We have 151 fully appointed rooms, meeting rooms with catering and audio visual available, indoor heated pool, and fitness center. All guests receive complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Easy access to I-355 and I-88. Centrally located to IBM, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, McDonald's Corp HQ, Oakbrook Shopping Center, and Brookfield Zoo. Pet Policy: 1-6 nights a $75 non-refundable fee. 7-30 nights a $75 non-refundable fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room. 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on eligible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill.
