Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 non-refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 non-refundable plus a 100. cleaning fee will be administered -inclusive of taxes. Max. 2 pets per room. Weight limit is 50 lbs or less for 1 pet or max. 75 lbs for 2 pets. Fees are in USD. Service animals are exempt from fees. Do Not Disturb Policy At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatts practice to enter any occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24 hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room. 10 pct commission is payable to all qualified agencies on eligible rates upon checkout and actualization of room bill. Commission is paid up to 29 days only. If a guest stays longer than 30 days commission will be paid for the first 29 nights only. Groups of 6 or more rooms may be eligible for a discounted rate.
