Hyatt House is reshaping the all suites sector by providing free wireless internet, complimentary full hot breakfast and on site bar and grill, plus the convenience of a full kitchen in each suite. Hyatt House Dallas Lincoln Park is an up scale, all suites hotel that features studios, one bedroom and two bedroom, two bath suites. Each suite has a spacious living and work area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own private bath, TV and phone line with voicemail. Complimentary high speed internet access is provided. Also included are a complimentary hot breakfast buffet including an omelet station, on site bar and grill available daily from 5:00pm-10:00pm and 24 hour sundries shop for snacks or personal items. An exercise room and pool are also available. Pet Policy: Pet Policy - 1-6 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee. 7-30 nights a 75 Non-Refundable fee plus an additional 100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Weight must be 50 lbs or less max of 75 lbs per room. Fees are in USD. Service Animals are exempt from fees.
