Monkey King Noodle Co. brings the taste of legitimate Northern Chinese street food, as treasured by our own experiences eating in the night markets of China and Taiwan. Staying true to those memories, we make everything to order, starting with our LaMian (hand-pulled) noodles to the decadent Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) for which we are celebrated. Led by Executive Chef and Master Pizzaiolo, Dino Santonicola, another Naples-import, Cane Rosso adheres to the strict principles endorsed by the AVPN and serves the most authentic Neapolitan style pizza in the metroplex. Our fresh, never-frozen dough is made in-house every day, using all natural "OO" flour imported from Italy. The sauce for our pizzas is made from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and our mozzarella is pulled fresh in-house daily. After years of planning, living like college students to save what they could, and developing a compelling business model to raise the rest of the money they needed, their dream was born. Twisted Root Burger Company began in the flagship Deep Ellum location in late 2005. After several years learning the ropes of restaurant ownership, Jason and Quincy appeared on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri and business hasn?t been the same since. Deep Sushi was founded in the fall of 1996 by a group of entrepreneur physicians who considered themselves sushi connosiours.
