Cancellation fee is a four hour minimum charge. -Reservations are confirmed with credit card information in which then the concierge will receive the confirmation email. Once sitting arrangements are all set concierge will then inform golden oak of the time and arrival of the sitter so they can be directed to the resort without hassle. -Holidays special events reservations beginning before 0630am or after 2059hrs are charged an additional fee.
