These spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom resort suites comfortably sleep two to six guests and range from 512 to 1,480 square feet. Studio suites feature a queen bed in most with a queen sleeper sofa, partial kitchen and a whirlpool tub. One- and two-bedroom resort suites feature one king or one queen bed in the master, two full beds or one queen bed in the guest room and a double sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate a full kitchen, whirlpool tubs, dining area, and tvs throughout. All suites have balconies or patios with beautiful garden or golf course view and laundry facilities onsite. Head to pompano beach's stunning three mile coastline, located just four miles away. Across the way you can catch the excitement of thoroughbred, greyhound and harness racing at the isle casino racing pompano park. For shopping, visit the galleria mall, las olas shopping district and sawgrass mills mall. In ft. Lauderdale, get the little ones involved at the museum of discovery & science, or view works of art at the museum of art. Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding not to exceed maximum occupancy of room. A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A USD250 security deposit per stay and per day in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa Mastercard American Express and Discover credit cards. Prepaid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. Pets are not permitted. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance 100 PCT will be forfeited. In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However should the need arise to change your room, you will be advised at the time of check in. You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
